JERSEY CITY, N.J. — A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed outside a deli in Jersey City, authorities said. NEW YORK — A multi-state salmonella outbreak linked to kosher chicken has killed a patient in New York and sickened more than a dozen others, federal officials said Wednesday.
