FDNY paramedic missing from Queens home found

FLUSHING, Queens — An FDNY paramedic reported missing for several days returned home in good health, police said Monday.

Jesan Michael Avila-Hyde, 39, had previously last been seen at his Flushing home on 137th Street near 32nd Avenue on Friday around 2 p.m. on July 5, police said.

Avila-Hyde works out of EMS Station 31 in Brooklyn.

The NYPD and the FDNY had both asked for help finding him.
