Community mourns 19 firefighters killed battling AZ wildfire

People in Yarnell, Arizona and around the nation are mourning the loss of 19 firefighters who were killed battling a massive wildfire.

Sunday marked the deadliest day for firefighters since the 9/11 attacks.

At this point, the fire is 0% contained and has destroyed dozens of homes and buildings.

The fire has charred through 84 acres of land.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer has issued a declaration of emergency.

Brewer called the loss “unbearable.”
