Getting our beach bodies in tip top shape is a popular goal this time of the year, so more trips to the gym should come as no surprise to any of us. Logging in some gym time is one thing, but having the right items to make your workout better and possibly more effective, is a whole other ball game.
Well, thanks to fitness expert Kacy Duke, this is one ball game we’re definitely winning. She stopped by this morning to share some gym bag must-haves with Dr. Steve.
Her “it-list” includes: Simple Oil Balancing Cleansing Wipes; Word Lock; Headbands; Pre and post workout snacks (nuts, trail mix); Flip flops and BPA free water bottles.
