More trouble for the West Village bistro at the center of a hepatitis scare.

The owners of Alta restaurant face a class-action lawsuit filed Thursday on behalf of the diners who had to be vaccinated.

The patrons were told they may have been exposed to the disease after eating deserts prepared by a chef with hepatitis A.

Health officials believe about 450 people could have been exposed¬† — but so far no one has been tested positive.
