NORTH KOREA (PIX11)- North Korea announced on Saturday it’s in a “state of war” with South Korea and by extension the United States.

The announcement included threats to Hawaii, California, Washington, and for some inexplicable reason, Austin, Texas.

Right now, the pentagon says Pyongyang’s threats to hit the U.S. mainland are wishful thinking, because the missiles aren’t able to reach our shores.

Washington, however, is concerned about 28-year-old Kim Jong Un’s desire to flex his military muscles.

Pentagon officials say the belligerence out of the North hasn’t been matched by any military moves, but that this loose talk could go on for a while.

North Korea is Chinas' alter ego. For years, the US played Taiwan against China, now China is playing North Korea against the US. We are the poor begger borrowing money to defend our friend China, while being threatened with nuclear war.
