A Long Island man is accused of a New Year’s Eve hit and run that left a teen critically hurt.

25-year-old Kristofer Busching of North Babylon is accused of the incident in West Islip.

After the accident, the suspect’s girlfriend allegedly tried to cover-it up.

Busching’s girlfriend — and another person in the car at the time — are also facing criminal charges.
